Mary Lu Nelson

Mary Lu’s Classical Homeopathic practice is in Southern Minnesota and has been treating individuals and families since 2003. She graduated in 2005 from the Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy. She comes to homeopathy with a background in nursing, childbirth education, La Leche League Leader and lay midwifery. Valerie Ohanian inspired and encouraged Mary Lu to pursue homeopathy. She has studied with many of the major international teachers. Mary Lu considers her greatest teacher to be the art and science of homeopathy itself, and sees homeopathy as holding unlimited potential. She is reverent of the Mystery of Life and the human capacity to heal and transform. Two major influences on her practice are Samuel Hahnemann and Pope John Paul II and Evangelium Vitae (the Inherent Dignity of the Human Person).
