The editorial discusses the information aspect of homeopathy as a medicine. Both disease and remedies are seen as information in their essence, although expressed in matter.
Order and truth are essential paradigms for science. The materialism paradigm though is unnecessary. People experience emotions, thoughts and consciousness. Thought form the material world. Examples are commercials, laws, religions, politics and terrorism. The confusion is between form and content: “does the thought exist, that thoughts don’t exist”. The materialism paradigm is in contradiction with the existence of immaterial things. Examples: numbers, lines, friendliness.
The homunculus is for the body what the driver is to the car. Logic and mathematics as a whole are immaterial. But their reality can hardly be denied. Matter isn’t that material as it looks, consciousness is a factor outside of matter. The confusion is associated with the qualities “objective” and “subjective”.
It seems that the basis of medicine, the double studies (RCT), can be thrown away more easily than the acceptance of homeopathy. Healing of a delusion is only possible after it has been brought to consciousness. Another option would be to present homeopathy as an information science. But information is only information when there’s consciousness. In reality information is immaterial.
